Our Vision Statement

At Bangalow Community Children’s Centre we ‘Nurture, Educate and Inspire’ in partnership with the children we care for, the families they belong to and the community we are all a part of.

We are an established and welcoming community based centre situated amongst a beautiful, inspiring rainforest setting in Bangalow. 

We are passionate about valuing and nurturing each child’s creativity and interests through natural play spaces which inspire and enhance their learning. Our environments are rich and stimulating, thoughtfully set up to provide hands on experiences and endless opportunities for children to explore and develop their curiosity, imagination, engagement and sense of wonder.

Our Service caters for children aged 6 weeks- 5 years and provides a play based, child centred developmental program that is guided by principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) - Being, Becoming Belonging (DEEWR, 2009).  Educators develop the program based on children's emerging interests and ideas to ensure the learning environment is engaging and relevant. Each child will be nurtured to develop at an individual pace in their own unique way.
